Water-based adhesives use water as a solvent or dispersant instead of organic solvents that pollute the environment, minimizing the impact on the environment and being an innovative, sustainable and environmentally friendly product that does not contain harmful substances to the human body.

Water-based Polyurethane Adhesive

Polyurethane adhesives are known as multipurpose adhesives because of their excellent performance.

Characteristics

– Excellent green strength and cohesiveness, excellent adhesion to various materials.
– Excellent heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
– The adhesive strength can be adjusted.
– There are various types of cross-linking systems or products.

It can be applied to various industries such as shoes, furniture, ink binders, textile binders, and leather coatings.

Water-based EVA Adhesive

EVA emulsion is a copolymer produced by radical polymerization of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is used for various types of surface adhesion rather than polyvinyl acetate emulsion base, and is especially effective for PVC film adhesion. It is also used for bonding paper, wood, cotton fabric, hardboard, urethane foam and certain coated paper boxes.

 - Applicable to various materials (plastic film/product, concrete, wood, etc.)
 - Excellent water resistance and alkali resistance.
 - Has good weather resistance.
 - No change in adhesion over time

Water-based Acryl Emulsion

It is a milky white aqueous solution obtained by emulsion polymerization of acrylic monomers and emulsified. It has good flexibility and excellent weatherability, water resistance and alkali resistance, so it is used in various fields such as fiber processing and packaging.

- Excellent workability and flowability.
- Excellent mechanical stability (cohesion).

Water-based CR Latex

It is a stabilized emulsion in which chloroprene polymer is dispersed in water, and is widely used like natural rubber or SBR latex, especially with physical properties and heat resistance.
